Overview
This collection guides developers implementing agent commerce protocols and checkout integrations. It combines protocol references, readiness probes and project-specific coding guidance.
Who it suits
Storefront developers investigating agent-readable product data and UCP or ACP checkout integrations for a merchant-controlled website.
Who it may not suit
Merchants expecting installation to enroll their store in an AI shopping channel, or seeking guaranteed recommendations from a readiness score.
Seller use cases
- Product information is hard for agents to interpret → inspect public discovery and structured-data surfaces → turn missing fields into a storefront engineering backlog.
- A team considers agent checkout → compare the relevant UCP or ACP requirements → identify authentication, order, and payment work for a prototype.
- A storefront implementation changes → rerun the applicable readiness probes → inspect which findings changed before requesting channel-specific approval.
What you can do
What you need
- A coding agent, a project workspace and permission to inspect the target storefront.

The repository provides MIT-licensed skills and checking scripts without a separate subscription listed. Hosting a checkout integration, model use, and payment processing depend on the services your implementation actually uses.

A scanner can only evaluate the surfaces it probes. Deep checks may send POST requests, and protocol examples may need updating as specifications change; use a storefront you are authorized to inspect.

Shopify Agent Skills New
Find Shopify API documentation for an implementation question
ShopifyShopify’s development skills focus on Shopify APIs and storefront code instead of cross-provider agent-commerce readiness.
PayPal AI Toolkit New
Consult PayPal integration references before changing checkout code
Any storePayPal’s toolkit provides a sandbox-oriented payment integration workflow; it is more focused than the protocol and discovery checklist here.
Stripe AI New
Consult Stripe payment integration guidance inside a coding client
Any storeStripe AI supplies provider-specific payment development guidance and account tools for the payment portion of an integration.
Frequently asked questions
Does a readiness score mean the store is accepted by an AI channel?
No. The score summarizes the project’s checks. Each channel decides eligibility and acceptance using its own requirements, which this repository cannot grant.
Will the checks modify my store?
Some deeper probes can issue POST requests. Review the selected mode and endpoint behavior, and use a test environment when you cannot safely evaluate those requests on production.
Can I use it to replace a shopping platform integration?
The skills help plan and inspect integrations; they do not create the commercial account, platform authorization, or payment setup needed to operate one.
What should the first review produce?
A concrete list of missing discovery data and protocol implementation tasks, tied to observed responses. Treat assumptions about future channel behavior as work to verify, not completed compatibility.
