Account and submissions
When you sign in through ChatGPT, we receive your site-specific user ID, email and optional display name. We store submission details, contact information, review notes, service requests and order history. Contact emails are not published in product listings.
Payments
Stripe processes payment details. EcomPick stores order amounts, currency, status and Stripe checkout references. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
Local preferences and activity
Saved tools, comparison selections and theme preference are stored on your device. An anonymous session identifier helps deduplicate page views and visible sponsor impressions. We record page views, official-site clicks, sponsor impressions and sponsor clicks separately.
Use and access
We use this information to review and publish listings, verify requests, deliver purchased services and report activity. Administrators can access operational records. We do not sell contact information.
Providers and your requests
Hosting and sign-in are provided through Sites, with Cloudflare storage; Stripe handles payments. If email delivery is enabled, a mail delivery provider processes transactional messages. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; records needed for open services or applicable legal requirements may need to be retained.
